This class features linked sequences coordinated with breath and incorporates strength and core‑focused elements to make your practice more solid and challenging. Before class, we’ll discuss your goals and tailor the session to your needs.

Ideal for those who want to enhance core stability, improve posture, and support everyday functional movement. This session blends yoga postures with functional training techniques to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
